Refunds & Returns Policy

At The Inner Circle Podcast, we want you to absolutely love your order — whether it’s a fluffy robe, a spicy romantasy game, or the coziest bookish PJs. While we take care to ensure everything arrives just right, here’s what to do if something isn’t quite perfect.


Change of Mind

Please note: we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. As a small business, we hope you understand that each item is packed with care and made in limited quantities — so please choose carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong item — we’ve got you! Just email us at hello@innercirclepodcast.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once we assess the issue, we’ll either offer a replacement or refund (depending on the situation and stock availability).


💳 Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved for a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


📦 Return Shipping

If an item needs to be returned due to a fault or error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping or send a prepaid label. If a return is approved for any other reason, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
